2008 Ducati 1098 R

This 2008 Ducati 1098R has been meticulously maintained and is a standout example of Ducati's high-performance engineering. Originally purchased in Salt Lake City in 2009, it has spent its life on the track, participating in numerous track days at renowned locations such as Miller Motorsport Park, Chuckwalla Valley Raceway, and High Plains Raceway. While the bike has never been officially used as a race bike, it has had its fair share of spirited track sessions and has delivered plenty of thrills.

The bike has never been crashed and has always been maintained to the highest standards. In late 2018, the engine was professionally rebuilt by Mark Sutton, one of the top Ducati motor builders in the country. After reassembly in the spring of 2019, the bike was used for just a single track day, accumulating only a couple hundred miles on the new engine.

While the bike remains in excellent condition, it is recommended to refresh the fork and shock oil to ensure peak performance. This 1098R is a true enthusiast's machine, combining stunning Italian design with unmatched track capabilities.
